We had a lovely stay at this quirky and gorgeous hotel. Everything was perfect, with a well-organized atmosphere and a spacious room full of character. the stunning location right in the heart of the village made it even better, with easy bus links nearby. Plus, the restaurant was conveniently close to the venue!

generally the service was impeccable, the room was exceptionally clean and fully functional with the bedroom, the old original fire place, a big bed. the location offered was good and incredible near which was buzzing with people as well as the communal areas.

our stay here was really great, excellent home base for exploring hartfield. the location of the hotel was amazing, close to ashdown forest. moreover, it was short walk to hill. the staff was pleasant and incredible all the time.
